Dates needing coverage: November 13,14, Dec 1-5, 22-26 7a-3:30p and Ongoing Shift Details: 8-hour guarantee per day • Support staff: 1MD/4CRNAS • Patients per day varies depending on case • Patient population/age: adults • EMR: Meditech/paper • Special procedures: Orthopedic blocks is required. No OB. Mix of hands on and supervision, CRNAs work independently on call. MDs don't have to take call but we would like for them to help with weeknights or a weekend if possible. Typical day is 1 MD supervising 4 CRNAs if they flex up rooms or if we can't secure a 4th CRNA - the MD will go into a room until supervision ratio is doable. Surgeons are used to covering the CRNAs if needed. • Board Certification: Req’d • State license required: NY & DEA required. • Certifications required: BLS, ACLS Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days.
