2 Jobs Job 1- PEDS ANES - 1 FTE Start: As soon as credentialed Shifts: Mon-Fri, 3 to 5 shifts - 7a-5p and 1 weekend per month Call Schedule/Responsibilities: Night call on 2 shifts worked and then 24 hour call on weekends. Call back volume extremely low Coverage Dates: 3 Months/13 Weeks with option to extend Type of Patients/Cases: Full scope of pediatric anesthesia, (no Cardiac or Neurology cases) Job Type: Hourly Non-Inclusive Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Board Certified Required: Active Board Certification and Fellowship Training is required. Job 2 - ANES Start: ASAP – 6 months with option to extend, as needed - Full Time only Shifts: Mon - Sat, 7a-5p x 4days weekly - and Requires at least 1 weekend/month coverage Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call Daily Responsibilities: General Anesthesia - General surgery, Orthopedics, GYN, Urology, possibly small bit of Neuro but not likely. No OB or Cardiac. Provider will see some healthy Peds patients but nothing significant and just standard cases. Facility does employ CRNA’s as well - candidates should be comfortable with the rare occurrence of needing to assist PPD/Census: Depends on area designated but generally 4-6 cases per shift Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: Multiple other Anesthesiologist & CRNAs providing coverage – Possible but little CRNA oversight, if any Certifications required/accepted: Board Certified Credentialing Time frame –Timeline is 12 weeks from the time application is submitted as target start but could start sooner depending on how quickly credentialing is completed Will a licensing candidate be considered : No – California License required EMR: EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC)
